Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days in Spain and Mexico, and 12 to 18 business days in the United States and Puerto Rico, calculated from the date of purchase.

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of placing the order.
In the event that the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the refund will only be processed once the package returns to our warehouse.

All orders include a tracking number.
The tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been shipped.
